Brecks Barn has Four Star accreditation from Visit Scotland.
The Barn offers spacious Orkney accommodion, with room for up to six people in three bedrooms. With a spacious kitchen/dinning room, sun lounge and upstairs lounge there is no shortage of space to relax in during your Orkney holidays.
The ground floor comprises a sun lounge, kitchen/dinning room, shower room and double bedroom, as well as ample room for boots, jackets etc in the porch at the front door.
Upstairs you will find another double bedroom, a twin room and a bathroom with shower along with a lounge which has fantastic views across farmland to the sea and a variety of entertainment options such as TV (Freeview), CD Player and DVD player. Vistors with businesses will appreciate our connectivity via a telephone line and reliable FREE Wi-Fi throughout the property.
The kitchen is complete with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and, of course, an oven and hob.
There is also an outside patio area with chairs and table, as well as a washing line in the garden for your convenience.
Well behaved pets welcome at Brecks Barn.

Excellent - thouroughly enjoyed our stay in Orkney (again) and the Barn. Very comfortable children enjoyed having their own space upstairs and the feedom to play outside. Very glad we came for 2 weeks.

We felt privileged to be the first guests in this superb conversion. Next visitors-look out for the resident owl which perches on the fence posts nearby & gives flying displays on a regular basis.

Our third holiday to Orkney, still finding places we've not been and re-visiting old favourites. Have enjoyes seeing the owl most days and the puffins at hoxa head. Brecks has been a great place to stay -a fantastic conversion-cosy and comfortable as is byre (parents staying next door). We really appreciated the thoughtful welcome pack, thanks.
